Important: Moviddy does not collect facial information, face scans, biometric identifiers, or any data used to identify or analyze your face. Images you choose to upload are used solely to support AI creative generation features within the app, and we do not extract or store facial recognition data from those images.

Moviddy is an all-in-one AI creative tool that helps you turn static images into videos, generate new artworks from pictures, and create visual content using text prompts. The app features a streamlined interface designed for everyday creators who want to explore visual ideas quickly and easily.

Because Moviddy focuses on creative workflows, we limit data processing to what is needed to run generation tasks, display your works, and keep the app functioning smoothly on your device.

2. Information We Process

Moviddy may process the following types of information when you use the app:

Images you upload: When you select a reference image for generation, that image is processed to perform the creative task you requested. We do not collect facial information from uploaded images, and we do not use uploaded content to build face profiles or identity records.
Text prompts: Descriptions and creative instructions you enter are used to guide AI output. Prompt text remains associated with your creation session so you can review what was used to generate a result.
Generated outputs: Images and videos produced through the app may be stored locally on your device so you can view, manage, and revisit your works.
App activity data: Basic technical information such as feature usage patterns, error logs, and performance metrics may be collected to improve stability and user experience. This does not include facial information.
Device information: General device details such as operating system version, app version, screen size, and language settings may be used to optimize display and compatibility.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above only for legitimate app purposes, including:

Running AI image and video generation based on your inputs
Displaying creation history and work details inside the app
Improving generation quality, interface design, and reliability
Diagnosing crashes, bugs, and performance issues
Maintaining security and preventing misuse of app features

We do not use your content to identify you through facial analysis. Moviddy does not perform facial recognition, face matching, or biometric profiling of any kind.

4. Device Permissions

Moviddy may request access to certain device features only when needed:

Photo library / storage access: Used so you can select images to upload as creative references. You remain in control of which files you choose to share with the app.
Network access: Used to communicate with AI generation services and load in-app content such as policy pages. Uploaded images and prompts may be transmitted securely for processing when a generation task is started.

If you deny a permission, some features may be unavailable, but you can continue using parts of the app that do not depend on that permission.

5. Local Storage and Retention

Many items in Moviddy, including your works, prompts, and preferences, are stored on your device so you can access them quickly. Retention periods depend on how you use the app:

Creation records remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app.
Temporary processing data related to an active generation task may be removed after the task completes.
Diagnostic logs, if collected, are retained only for as long as needed to investigate issues and improve the product.

We do not retain facial information because we do not collect it in the first place.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal content. Information may be shared only in limited circumstances necessary to operate Moviddy:

With technology partners that provide AI processing infrastructure, strictly to complete generation requests you initiate
When required to protect the security of the app, our users, or the integrity of our services
As part of a business transition such as a merger or acquisition, in which case data handling would remain subject to this policy

Any partner receiving content for generation is expected to process it only for the requested creative task. Facial information is not part of the data we collect or share.

7. Your Choices and Controls

You have meaningful control over your experience in Moviddy:

You choose which images to upload and which prompts to submit.
You can delete individual works from your creation history within the app.
You can stop using features that require specific permissions at any time through your device settings.
You can uninstall the app to remove locally stored app data from your device.

Because Moviddy does not collect facial information, there is no facial data profile for you to manage beyond the images you voluntarily upload for creative purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

Moviddy is intended for a general audience interested in creative tools. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner that includes facial data, identity profiling, or unnecessary personal details. If you believe a child has provided information to the app inappropriately, discontinue use and remove the app from the device.

9. Security Measures

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed by Moviddy. These measures include secure transmission where applicable, access controls for systems involved in generation, and ongoing monitoring for abnormal activity. No digital system can guarantee absolute security, but we work continuously to reduce risk and protect user content.

Again, Moviddy does not collect facial information, which reduces sensitive biometric exposure within our product design.

10. International Processing

AI generation services used by Moviddy may operate infrastructure in different regions to deliver results efficiently. When content is processed outside your device, it is used only to fulfill the creative request you started and is handled according to the practices described in this policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, feature additions, or improvements to our privacy practices. When updates are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. We encourage you to review this policy periodically so you remain informed about how Moviddy handles information.
